Trump administration concedes fastest growing jobs are in solar and wind power

Despite President Trump’s personal crusade against wind and solar energy, his administration just announced that they have the jobs with “the highest projected growth rates” over the next 10 years.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) newest job forecast reports:

Advances in, and implementation of, renewable energy technologies are expected to drive employment growth
in the two occupations with the highest projected growth rates: solar photovoltaic installers (63.3 percent)
and wind turbine technicians (56.9 percent).

Ironically, from the time Donald Trump declared his presidential candidacy, he has promoted the use of coal, which is the dirtiest energy source.

But, as Front Page Live has reported, Trump has utterly failed. The coal industry has kept shrinking.

At the same time, Trump has worked to undermine solar and wind, which are the cleanest energy sources. For instance, he keeps proposing massive cuts to the Energy Department’s renewable energy and energy efficiency budget.

Trump has a personal hatred of clean energy such as wind. Just last month he launched into one of his falsehood-filled rants against windmills at a rally.

Trump’s grudge most likely stems from a court battle he lost in the UK to block construction of a wind farm near his Aberdeen, Scotland, golf course. After losing, he was forced to pay Scotland’s legal bills in the case, Rolling Stone reported.

Other fast growing job sectors, particularly as a greater share of Americans age, is the healthcare worker industry. In the past 10 years, home health care has grown by 150%, according to The New York Times.
