Kellyanne Conway's husband thinks her boss is 'cancer' that must be 'removed'

The husband of Trump loyalist Kellyanne Conway, Attorney George T. Conway III, and  Georgetown University law professor Neal Katyal, say Donald Trump is a “cancer” on the presidency and it is high time for him to be impeached.

The tool of impeachment was put in the Constitution for the very purpose of dealing with a president who engaged in self dealing and put himself above the law. This is exactly what has happened today, Conway and Katyal write in a new Washington Post op-ed.

A U.S. intelligence whistleblower has come forward with information about a “promise” Trump made in a phone call with a foreign leader, most likely Ukraine, that involves meddling in the next presidential election.

Trump’s own personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, admitted on CNN that he had been working to get dirt on former vice president Joe Biden in the upcoming election. Giuliani said he tried to get the Ukrainian government to investigate Biden’s son Hunter, about Hunter’s involvement with a Ukrainian gas company.

Trump then held up the delivery of $250 million in military assistance to Ukraine, badly needed as protection against Russia.

“To borrow John Dean’s haunting Watergate-era metaphor once again, there is a cancer on the presidency, and cancers, if not removed, only grow. Congress bears the duty to use the tools provided by the Constitution to remove that cancer now, before it’s too late,” Conway and Katyal wrote.

The Op-ed is the latest scene in the odd-couple pairing of Kellyane and George Conway.

As Front Page Live reported, back in early August, Kellyanne went on Fox News to talk about how Trump was working to “bring the country together” and to “heal a nation” that was reeling from mass shootings in El Paso and Dayton.

But Trump had just tweeted out an angry, divisive tweet undercutting Conway’s claims. And within hours, Kellyanne’s own husband, George, put out a tweet explaining why Trump deserves blame: “because the racist terrorist killer wrote a racist manifesto that parroted the racist things that the racist president said.” In other words, George called his wife a liar.

Now he says her boss is a “cancer” that must be removed. As always, they must have very interesting breakfast and dinner conversations.
