Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) has come up with yet another excuse to defend Trump asking Ukraine to frame Joe Biden.

While talking to reporters yesterday, he popped off with this novel excuse: Trump is too incompetent to extort Ukraine properly!

Yes, Senator Graham told reporters on Tuesday that the Trump Administration’s Ukraine policy was “incoherent”, and therefore “they seem incapable of forming a quid pro quo”!

The notes from the call clearly indicated ‘quid pro quo’ - better known as extortion.  In addition, the testimonies from various State Department officials have also indicated a clear attempt by Trump to extort Ukraine for dirt on Biden in return for military support.

But Senator Graham thinks they’re too incompetent to carry it out.
