The Trump administration is allegedly strong-arming the Republicans in the Senate.
CBS Evening News reported that a “POTUS confidant” dropped this bomb on the GOP Senators:
“Vote against the president & your head will be on a pike.”
Twitter has erupted at the report comparing Trump to vindictive authoritarian rulers…
Wasn’t that how Prince Joffrey did things?

If trump can literally threaten to kill republican senators who dare to vote against him , then it’s already too late ! Democracy is already gone and the USA is no better then North Korea !

Off with their heads! Impale their heads on the pikes of London Bridge just as in medieval England, the country from which Americans revolted due to a … tyrannical king

…and wondering why he isn’t being charged with jury tampering.
Threatening jury members is a crime. WTH is with this administration and these GOP Senators? It’s like felony of the week with these guys. If we even remotely contacted a jury member we would be charged. This is pure insanity.

Is witness intimidation still a thing?

Some are comparing him to a mob boss:
He’s openly acting like a mob boss now. That’s a clear death threat and what they did to people in England hundreds of years ago.
If @SenateGOP were smart they’d stick together to rid us ALL of this vile cretin & vote unanimously to #ConvictAndRemoveTrump. *They* have the power.

The question is: will the threat rally the GOP to his side or backfire in his face?
