Dr. Scott Atlas just can’t seem to stay out of the news cycle.

First, he was inciting rebellion in Michigan, urging people to “rise up” against the stricter coronavirus restrictions. Then he goes on Fox News and encourages people to have big Thanksgiving gatherings. This guy is supposed to be a member of Trump’s coronavirus task force.

“It’s not about just stopping cases of COVID,” says the doctor in charge of stopping cases of COVID.

Do you want it to be their last Thanksgiving?

Dr. Atlas is a neuroradiologist which means he is trained in “a subspecialty of radiology focusing on the diagnosis and characterization of abnormalities of the central and peripheral nervous system, spine, and head and neck using neuroimaging techniques.” And while he is board certified, his neuroradiology certification lapsed three years ago.
