CNN has taken a stand against Trump’s lies and refused to publish his newest campaign ad because it contains information that is “demonstrably false.”
The majority of the ad targets former Vice President Joe Biden as well as making a claim that the Democrats are working to “steal the election.” It also attacks CNN personalities: Don Lemon, Chris Cuomo, and Jim Acosta. MSNBC host Rachel Maddow is mentioned.

CNN released this statement:
“CNN is rejecting the ad, as it does not meet our advertising standards. Specifically, in addition to disparaging CNN and its journalists, the ad makes assertions that have been proven demonstrably false by various news outlets, including CNN.”
The ad brought out the humor in Twitter users who responded with memes and sarcasm:
