Trump loves to congratulate himself on a job well done. Even if the job has nothing to do with him.
The President signed the Women’s Suffrage Centennial Commemorative Coin Act yesterday and decided to take credit for the passage of time. He asks the room “I’m curious why wasn’t it done a long time ago?”
He doesn’t wait for an answer but simply plows along with his own response, “I guess the answer to that is because now I’m president, we get things done. We get a lot of things done that nobody else got done.”

Maybe someone should tell the President that the centennial coins mark the 100th anniversary of women’s suffrage—he didn’t actually get anything done.
It’s almost like you have to wait 100 years for a centennial coin.
