Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) slammed Trump as a “self-centered man-child” on Monday after a video emerged showing the President pretending to conduct a band during the national anthem.
The video, taken during a Superbowl watch party, and posted by one of Trump’s associates, show others standing solemnly as Demi Lovato sang the national anthem. But not Trump.

During a 30-second clip filmed at a Super Bowl party, Trump can be seen lifting his arms to conduct an imaginary orchestra and gesture to others while the rest of the room respectfully stands for the anthem.
Swalwell called Trump’s behavior out as disrespectful on Twitter.

Another Twitter user wondered why no one was focusing on the implications of Trump’s behavior. It is definitely childish, but the President is not a child.
