Trump wants courts to call election on Nov 3rd, disenfranchising voters across the country

At a North Carolina rally on Saturday, Trump said he is “counting” on the federal courts to call the election on November 3rd, which is why he plans to nominate someone to fill Justice Ginsburg’s seat “next week.”

Now we’re counting on the federal court system to make it so that we can actually have an evening where we know who wins. Not where the votes are going to be counted a week later or two weeks later.

Trump’s plan to call it on election night isn’t viable. Several states will not even have all of their mail-in votes collected by election night. For instance, Pennsylvania’s deadline is on the Friday following the election. In Illinois, the votes have to be postmarked by the 3rd but will continue to be collected until Nov. 17.

Representative Don Beyer (D-VA) clapped back on Trump’s remarks calling him out as a cheater.

This is an open admission that Trump hopes to use the Supreme Court to steal the election

The Trump campaign has been working hard at denying Americans across the country the right to vote. They have filed lawsuits in Pennsylvania, Nevada, Montana, and New Jersey to try and halt any deadline changes to mail-in voting. The campaign even went after the Navajo Nation in Arizona.

Combine the lawsuits with his statements at the NC rally, and it is becoming clear to many that Trump is trying to steal this election.

It all makes sense now…

One Twitter user pointed out, stealing the election was probably the reason for all the judge picks in the first place.
