Dr. Anthony Fauci is a national treasure. Donald J. Trump is an intergalactic disgrace.
Here’s the latest installment of Right vs. Wrong:
Way back in March, about 185,000 COVID-19 deaths ago, Dr. Fauci said this about the pandemic, “I can’t imagine that under any circumstances that anybody could be doing more.”
Now, in October, a month before the election, the impeached president has:
a.) Taken Dr. Fauci’s words out of context.
b.) Used Dr. Fauci’s words without his permission in a campaign ad.
c.) Politicized a non-partisan government job.
d.) Of course, it’s all of the above!
It’s always all of the above! Seriously, Trump just does whatever he wants every day all the time and there are never any consequences! Fauci was NOT describing Trump’s response, but rather “the coordinated response.” He never came close to mentioning the president.
Here are Dr. Fauci’s words now:
“In my nearly five decades of public service, I have never publicly endorsed any political candidate. The comments attributed to me without my permission in the GOP campaign ad were taken out of context from a broad statement I made months ago about the efforts of federal public health officials.”
And now Joe Biden is using Trump’s “own words” against him:
Donald Trump is running TV ads taking Dr. Fauci out of context and without his permission.
So, here’s a message from the President in his own words. pic.twitter.com/WCYbIfrQLR

Twitter had a lot to say, too!
