Trump shared an obviously photoshopped picture of the good boy that was part of the mission that led to the death of ISIS leader al-Baghdadi on Wednesday.
While we are giving the President the benefit of the doubt and assuming the picture was meant as a cute joke, it won’t stop us (and everyone else) from enjoying the many improvements the creative people on Twitter have made to it.
The original Trump tweet shows him placing a medal around the dog’s neck:
AMERICAN HERO! pic.twitter.com/XCCa2sGfsZ
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) October 30, 2019
In this improvement, we have Trump and the dog switching places, and many agree the doggo would likely do a much better job as the occupant of the Oval Office:

In this one, we have the hero dog replaced with Trump’s other favorite good boy, Representative Matt Gaetz (R-FL):
Meh.
Look what I just made. Much better: #MattGaetzIsATool pic.twitter.com/EdZTI4QCeA— marta #sciencebased 🌍 (@opusmarta) October 30, 2019
Then we have the addition of a classic Trump quote:
I fixed it for him. pic.twitter.com/0Rti0FivI7
— ᗩᒪᒪᗝᖇᗩᕼ “Human Scum” ᗪᗩᗯᑎ (@always_resist) October 30, 2019
Now we drop Trump out of the picture entirely and just focus on the “hero”:

And there is this one featuring Representative Tulsi “Putin’s Poodle” Gabbard (D-HI):
You #photoshop‘ed that, liar. pic.twitter.com/GbnwHfUpyx

Finally, we have the good boy with a few choice words of his own:
