Kellyanne Conway was fired up in a recent Fox News interview. In addition to ranting about the ways President Trump represents the blue-collar worker, she took some time to address the spat between Trump and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
When asked where the relationship between the two leaders was going, Conway responded that it would mostly remain “the same.” However, she did take some time to call out Trudeau’s actions as “churlish.”
“I thought it was a very childish, churlish exchange, but they were hardly denouncing the President’s policies—they were hardly denouncing him. People looked at this as they usually do on social media with outsize attention. ‘Oh my god, look what they’re doing!’ What was it really about? It was about the fact that President Trump commands a room. And he does. And maybe that makes a couple of people jealous.”
