Hoping to persuade unhappy Republican voters, The Lincoln Project has been highlighting the many failures Trump has had since taking office. Now that the coronavirus has raised the stakes, Trump’s mismanagement is having devastating consequences.

Twitter users were quick to point out exactly what Trump was doing at the beginning of 2020. Spoiler alert: It didn’t include preparing the country for a deadly pandemic.

Yes. He knew, and he did nothing. He held rallies, went golfing, downplayed the whole thing, then suggested doctors look into injecting disinfectant. Absolutely this is his fault.

While some of Trump’s early supporters seemed to be caught off guard by the trainwreck of his presidency, one Twitter user pointed out that there were plenty of people lighting the warning fires. Many Republicans just didn’t heed them.

It’s almost like there where countless people, contractors, past business associates, government employees, lawyers, judges and even porn stars telling us what kind of person tRump is and was.

Trump has left the country vulnerable by filling his administration with people that protect his ego but lack the necessary skills and experience to do their job.

Chaos is the word that best describes Trump. His constant hiring & firing mean inexperienced people are making life and death decisions. After Linda Tripp called out Bill Clinton she kept her job. But Trump fires people with decades of experience because they hurt his feelings.
